Very dishonest pricing. Called about an alignment, was told it would be $90 for front end only. After receiving the final bill, there was an extra $9 "shop supply fee" and $1.80 "environmental charge". Would you like me to pay for your heating and air conditioning too? Classic cash grab. If $90 is not enough for you to cover all the materiel involved in an alignment, then increase your price and quote that to the customer. If a job is going to cost more than expected, you need to notify the customer first. It is their decision, not yours. Dishonest service and we will definitely not be back.

I work right next to Steve’s auto world and they’ve gotten me in for a few minor things. They were very helpful, got me in quick, very fair pricing, very friendly staff, a free car wash and water bottle left in the car after the service! Definitely recommend!

Been here a few times to get work done on my car, always been reasonably priced, professional and relatively quick. Had a situation with a soaked starter tonight, came down the street and got it running for me at no cost and did it fast so I didn't miss any work. Wouldn't even accept a tip. Definitely will go back to these guys!

This place is my go to whenever I need an oil change or any type of service. All of the employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience. They fixed an air conditioning issue and didn't even charge me (put the hose back in from where it came out of) and were completely honest about it where many other places would have just charged you and not did anything. Love this place. Will be a lifer.

Last fall I needed tires and after calling around to tires plus, Goodyear, and discount tires, who were all booked out 4 or 5 days, I called Steve's. They got me in the same night and replaced my truck tires before the big snowstorm. It was fast and I love my new Yokohama tires! Ever since, I have brought my wife's car and my kids cars there. They always get me in, fix the car, and all at reasonable rates. This is how service should be!

Nice guys, took a few trips to get my vehicle figured out but they have free loaners and wanted to get it right. Many other shops get offended when you return if they don't get it right.

Nice, new place to get an oil change. Car wash too. We will be back.
