They did a great job and fixed my car super fast. I am overall very impressed. I really do wish that they would just be a little friendlier and with their customers.

The only pleasant part of my experience was the tow truck driver himself - everything else about the experience sucked. The tow truck took over an hour past the original ETA, I was told that they could bring it back to the shop and get it looked at it right away. As it turned out, it was just a dead cell in a battery (which is why I couldn't jump it and needed a tow) They charged me over $400 for replacing a battery, absolute price gouging for something that is commonly 200 bucks. What's worse, the service was abysmal when I got to the shop, I had to physically walk onto the shop floor to get someone's attention and it took them minutes from there to see me. They were rude, short and explained away the overpriced battery telling me it took them upwards of Sam how to uncover the problem. Plus, I asked them to check out some lights on my dashboard and they didn't even bother. Absolutely save your money, they held me hostage because I was towed there and had no other choice.

RUN! This business can't figure out brakes from a steering wheel. One of the team members is rude beyond what is acceptable and my husband has been to this place now 3 times taking off work to get his car fixed. They ordered new tires for him and when he was getting ready to leave work to get them installed, we happened to call to make sure the tires were indeed there and these people didn't even have the decency to let us know that the tires had not even arrived! Now he is back there a week later for visit #3 and no one after 3 visits now has even driven his car to see what my husband is describing in feeling like the brakes are engaged and he can't accelerate. He has been to this place now 3 separate times and still they cannot get his brakes looked at! They man that we were dealing with via the phone was beyond rude and accepted ZERO responsibility for any of this! He actually told us 'that it wasnt his problem that my husband has had to leave work early or miss a day entirely to deal with this!' Those were his words, "thats not my problem"! You never speak to customer that way or anyone for that matter! If you value your time and you value service DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND THEY ACCEPT ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT GETTING THE JOB DONE!!! Now my husband will be leaving there having wasted 3 separate visits just get to an overall check of his vehicle which they never even did, had lost quite a bit of time from work to deal with this (with no apology whatsoever from the staff) and STILL doesn't have his new tires. This place is completely INEPT!

I am always hesitant going to any auto shop because of past experiences, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received! My car broke down on Christmas, but I was able to get it towed the next day to Steve's. They were upfront with me about how busy they were (holidays of course), but let me know it would be looked at next day. The next morning, they called to let me know my drive axel broke and gave me an estimate on price. They ordered the parts, repaired the car, and called me around 8am the next morning to let me know it was done. When I arrived to pay the bill, they lowered the price on the diagnostic because it was pretty obvious when they took a look. They also give you a free carwash with any service, which was a great perk with all the snow and salt. Overall, I had the most positive experience I have ever had with an auto shop, and I will definitely return for any future services needed.

Tried to scam me out of $2,000 and do work on my car that didn't even need to be done! DO NOT GO HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!
