Got there early for my appointment got me right in. Came to me about the work being done told me be done 10 min

Worse customer service ever!!! My car broke down & I managed to drive it to Steve’s for repair. No one was available to help me. The guy manning the front desk said all of the techs were working on other jobs and would not be free anytime soon. I asked him to call a tow truck to get my car somewhere else. He ignored me. Never going back!

They didn't perform the services agreed to including check engine light and brake quote was double that of other shops Bummer of a disappointment as I liked the convenience

Very poor experience at Steve’s. Much more expensive than other auto repair shops. Really poor communications, no call back on questions. Poor analysis of the car problems and shoddy workmanship. I would strongly recommend not using Steve’s Auto for any of your auto repairs.

Fast and quick oil change price was reasonable

Good experience. Fast service and communicative. Only negative was the black grease spots left on my seat.
