Steve's first earned my trust after my battery kept dying. They couldn't find a power draw, but suggested driving it at least once a week to see if it continued to die (Problem solved), rather than try to sell me other repairs. They further cemented my trust when we had our minivan towed there and ended up needing to have the engine replaced. They handled the warranty coverage research and had the van back to us in a little over a week. Pros: - Prices are competitive with other shops - Communication is great - They've never pressured upsells or extra services - Seems to be first come first serve which is fantastic when the car goes wonky unexpectedly. - If you have an extended warranty, they're happy to do the leg-work to find out if it's covered. Cons: - Because it's FCFS I've typically needed to leave the car (but have never waited more than a day to know what's wrong with it) Steve's has become my go-to shop when something goes wrong with our vehicles.
