Horrible experience. I got an oil change, then they claimed my car wouldn’t start and were extremely unhelpful like it was my fault. That’s NEVER happened before. Eventually, they got it started.. I left and will never be back. I called and talked to the manager and he seemed nonchalant.

Upon your arrival, your vehicle was left running outside of the service bay, so we were unaware of any starting issues. During the inspection for your oil change, we noted that the check engine light and ABS light were illuminated. After completing the oil change, your vehicle would not start, exhibiting symptoms consistent with fuel or spark issues, which are unrelated to an oil change service. We were able to get the vehicle started and offered diagnostic services, but you declined. We had also scheduled you for a complimentary code scan last evening, which you did not take advantage of.
