Typically I would give 5 stars as service is always good. This time it took 2 hours for a oil change, even with an appointment. Then later that evening my wife is driving down 494 headed to a meeting and the plastic pan under the engine drops down going 65 mph. It made a horrible noise and vibration and my wife freaked out and almost hit a car trying to get to the side of the road. I had to bring her another vehicle and then wait until Steve’s could send a tow truck to fix it or tow her back. They got it zip tied up and I drive it back to their shop where they had to remove it completely and order a new one. So they are taking care of it, along with a free oil change, but they knew the guy doing the work was new and having trouble with it, but sent it out without double checking his work. Fortunately it was not the filter or oil pan plug that dropped out as that would be a disaster of a whole different kind. Appreciate them taking care of it, but hope they will be more careful in the future.
