Poor experience with Car wash- I bought a code and proceeded to the wash. After entering the code. The 'wait' light turned on. The instructions on the wall read wait for the attendant. Several minutes passed and no attendant showed up. Finally, I called the location from my car and the lady from the cash register came by. When I started to ask her if I was supposed to wait as per the instructions, she ignored my question and asked if I had paid for the service. After I replied in the affirmative, I asked her again what the right process for this car wash was. Once again, she ignored me and started the wash and the conveyor while my window was still down (trying to speak to her), and my car was on park (which I had to hurriedly turn to neutral to avoid damage). It doesn't seem like they know yet what they are doing with their newly opened large auto center.

Pletty wild for a gas station. Fair prices, free vacuuming..

The staff here are awesome. Stopped to have my battery checked as the battery light came on and I was pulling our camper for the first time by myself. They were super busy but so friendly and willing to help right away. I ended up needing a new alternator, which they were able to put in for me. Such friendly staff, so willing to help, and even though they were busy they still took time to explain things etc. So glad we stopped here! Steve, Sam, Dakota, and Cody were great. Thank you!

Great service. Helped me double check the issue with my car and discounted me greatly. Also sat me down to help explain the issue so I can try fixing my car at home. 100% recommend. It’s also very close to restaurants and stores, so while you’re waiting you can grab dinner or shop.

Maple Grove peeps: So... getting your oil change can be a huge drag... I can't believe I am about to say this BUT- I can't wait to get my oil changed again!! Bobby & Steve's Auto World is located by the MG hospital and Target off of Maple Grove Parkway. I dropped my car off at 6:45am before my 7am workout and picked it up before 8am. Now, this wasn't just a "normal oil change. They texted me once my car report was done with a live pic of my car and my nasty air filter, recommending I change it. I was able to approve the air filter change right away. The extra mile, when I arrived to drop my car off, I asked where they recommend I get a new battery for my key fob since it was dying. Nate, one of the owners, mentioned a few places.... Well when I went to pick up my car, he had ordered a new battery for me and installed it for only $6! (They had it delivered that quickly!) Then, they had included a free car wash AND tire rotation!! This was the most convenient and memorable experience. YES!! I am excited to go back. They were great! OH.. and... they had this full size water bottle in my car waiting for me. Ps, all of this was cheaper than an oil change at other competitors I have been to. I am recommending them to everyone! Thank you Bobby & Steve's!
