Been to Steve's twice - both times for an oil change. Have to say that it's been a great experience both times! They never try to tell me my car needs some sort of additional work like other shops have in the past. Simply change the oil and get me out of there. And this last time I got a free car wash! Thank you!

I was in on a Friday to get an oil change on one of my cars. When I picked it up I said I would like to bring in another car on Monday. Nate told me I did not need an appointment because they weren’t busy and to just bring it in. I brought it in on Monday only to be told they were full now and could not get in. Helpful hint…if a customer wants to make an appointment, let them.

Set an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday at 2pm. I show up for an oil and spark plug change, guy at the front desk says about 90 minutes. Cool not too bad, I show up 90 minutes later and wait another 30 minutes before asking the status of my truck. The front desk guy tells me he can’t order my spark plugs from anywhere around here. Why are you ordering parts 2 hours into a job when I had an appointment for 2 days? Then they find out they had the wrong VIN and found the right spark plugs. He says 45 minutes we’ll have it done. I’ve been there 2 hours and 45 minutes by the spark plugs show up. After 3 hours 15 mins I ask what the deal is. He says spark plugs are in. Now we can do the oil change. NOW after over 3 hours, 2.5 hours of the truck just sitting there without anything done on it. As if it couldn’t have been done when waiting on spark plugs that for some reasons hadn’t been ordered yet. After being there FOUR hours they tell the front desk they don’t have an oil filter for my truck and he has to go personally buy it from an auto parts store. I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes for spark plugs and an oil change. The oil change was free for the hassle. Absolutely wild how bad the service was.

This shop is awesome! Jordan is always very helpful, and always explains the problem to me in a way that I can understand. Amazing customer service, they always go above and beyond.

Everyone here is very helpful and very considerate. They go above and beyond to make sure that we understand exactly what they are seeing in our cars, and they make sure to give us multiple options. The prices are as good as anywhere, if not a little bit better.
