DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD SHOPS IN THIS AREA. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Don't get fooled by there cheep oil changes. Run from this place, the service writers and mechanics are unethical. They have very little experience. I have used this location three times and my experience was not good. Its to bad it has to feel like SCAM every time you discus the cost and repairs.

Have been here twice, and the gentleman up front has been very helpful. I came in once to have the liquids in my car checked before a trip. It was very simple, but he quickly helped me without expecting anything. Another time, I had a flat tire, and they were able to help me with no issues.

Took great care of our vehicle, kind and respectful, accommodating to me and my infant while we waited for repairs in their lobby. Overall great experience.

Trash and too expensive!!! They damaged part of the exterior of my car.

Was over charged on gas’s but $15.00 dollars.

Me ans my kids traveled here from Lincoln Nebraska for a baseball tournament, I had a wheel bearing go out on me stopped in and they took care of me right away. Also gave me a loaner car so I wouldn't miss the game. Great bunch people!!! Again thank you to all the staff here you all rock!!!

I came in as a hot mess after work this evening for my brakes to be replaced and an oil change. And was helped by Dennis who put my mind at ease, was very patient, kind, and helpful in the process of getting some big priority repairs planned out to be done today and scheduled into next week. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the services offered. Which helped me trust the company more with future repairs. Im very confident in choosing Steve's Auto World for my first traveling repairs after a long journey. With such a great friendly and helpful staff interaction. Thank you so much Dennis!! :)
