Call Progressive for a towtruck on husband's truck. Told them the keys were not in it and did I need to be there? Was told no I didn't my Progressive. Tow truck driver showed up to truck. And left because no person or keys were available. No call nothing. When I called back, the "owner" Nate said no keys we can't it will snap our cable. I asked why I didn't get a call from the tow truck driverhe said the driver didn't see the notes until he got to the car. I said still no call? He then proceeded to be defensiveand and rude, claiming I was. I asked to speak to the manager he said "good luck with that" and hung up. I called back, asked about his customer service and he said I treat rude people, rude. Definitely not the 19 year old I wanted to discuss things with.

Best customer service I have ever had at any auto shop good prices and you get a free car wash for every time they work on your vehicle I will be coming back every time I need work done

My son brought his vehicle in to have an alternator replaced (not a cheap repair). Before bringing it to this shop his remote start worked fine. After the alternator replacement, the remote start did not work at all. My son told the repairman before leaving and the repairman attempted to fix it but could not. He was told to take it to a Kia dealership to get it fixed and that the manager would be on Tuesday to discuss reimbursement. Today is Tuesday and the manager totally blew my son off and told him that he would not be reimbursed for getting the remote start back to the working condition it was in before the repair was done. He told him the repairman was “just being nice” when asked why he would attempt to fix it if they weren’t in the wrong. Way to take money from a kid and not return the other working functions of the vehicle as it was when it was dropped off!!! Not good business etiquette at all.

Stopped in for an oil change and maintenance light. Staff was very friendly and kept me updated throughout the appointment. Clean waiting area. A water bottle with their logo was in the car after and it was a nice surprise! With the service receipt I received a free car wash and it was the best car wash ever! If I lived in the area I would come back for any auto care! I couldn't recommend this place more!

What a great shop with friendly honest mechanics! Oil change much cheaper than chain stores, came with a free car wash and a water bottle! I wasn’t expecting the cleanliness and or kindness from a auto body shop, but it was a great surprise! Thank you!

Went above and beyond! We ran into an emergency situation where we had to travel to northern MN. The car wasn’t quite down being repaired so Nate gave us a free car to use and then had one of his employees drive my car up north to switch out for the loaner. I’ve never heard of anyone ever doing this. It was also washed and cleaned inside. We will continue to go here for all future needs - amazing service!
