Decent service. Actual work is fine. Customer service skills are lacking. Drop off - don't plan on sticking around and waiting - unless you double or triple the amount of time they tell you.

They found the issue efficiently and couriered a part to be replaced promptly. Fixed my issue, pricing was fair, really nice group of folks.

They deflated my tires to 15psi when I got them rotated. So if you're gonna go there for anything tire related I'd recommend not to, just go to a Discount tire or a Big o Tires

Been to Steve's twice - both times for an oil change. Have to say that it's been a great experience both times! They never try to tell me my car needs some sort of additional work like other shops have in the past. Simply change the oil and get me out of there. And this last time I got a free car wash! Thank you!
