They found the issue efficiently and couriered a part to be replaced promptly. Fixed my issue, pricing was fair, really nice group of folks.

They deflated my tires to 15psi when I got them rotated. So if you're gonna go there for anything tire related I'd recommend not to, just go to a Discount tire or a Big o Tires

Been to Steve's twice - both times for an oil change. Have to say that it's been a great experience both times! They never try to tell me my car needs some sort of additional work like other shops have in the past. Simply change the oil and get me out of there. And this last time I got a free car wash! I was in on a Friday to get an oil change on one of my cars. When I picked it up I said I would like to bring in another car on Monday. Nate told me I did not need an appointment because they weren’t busy and to just bring it in. I brought it in on Monday only to be told they were full now and could not get in. Helpful hint…if a customer wants to make an appointment, let them.
