I had a gift card, that was honored and I got my service for free, they seem knowledgeable and big involved in the community. They scared me first 😂 they are loud and direct and can come off rude at first but they will take good care of you!

Called this morning to see if they could fit me in for a walk-in tire plug and patch. Said to the guy specifically “do you have availability for a walk-in this morning?” He says “Sure just bring it in” and then he hangs up before I could ask how much it would cost or give him any of my info. In a rush to get this done before work I go there, and they’re as busy as can be, and Adam at the desk says there’s no way they’d fit me in this morning. Oh and they want $40 for the plug and patch when Firestone up the street did it for $30. Maybe they’re good for other services but don’t bother with a tire plug and patch here.

Honestly, the phone interaction was very disappointing. I didn’t even feel comfortable bringing my car in after the call. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it already takes a lot of courage to reach out for help—especially when you worry about being taken advantage of. The last thing anyone needs in that situation is a rude or dismissive attitude. Respect and clear communication go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

I had my front and back brakes and rotors replaced, plus an oil change, all done at Steves Auto Worldand I couldnt be happier! They completed everything in just a few hours, and on a Sunday no less. The team was professional, efficient, and really friendly. We love how smooth the car feels now and appreciate their great service.
