I was having lots of car issues after a rear end collision. Lots of mechanics and body shops gave opinions (mostly negative) about my situation. Then i stumbled upon Steve’s AutoWorld’s by accident and everything got resolved very quickly! Truly saved me so much trouble! VERY KIND and understanding people. The service is amazing - so lucky to find trustworthy people who know what they’re doing!
Their staff was honest about how busy they were on a Sunday and thankfully were able to work me in for a brake issue. I was kept updated during the process and got me out well before I expected. I had the rest of the day to do what I wanted to get done in the first place. I was impressed to see them work with other unexpected walk-ins and do the same for them. Very satisfied
We were driving on the freeway and ran over something that gave our car a flat tire. We somehow made it to Steve’s Auto World - at the end of the day on a Friday. We walked in and Adam helped us immediately. He was very patient and kind! We left within 45 minutes with a patched tire. I would recommend Steve’s Auto World and will be back in the future but hopefully not for a flat tire. 😊
