Hi Anton, miracles do happen! I am sorry our car wash didn't meet your expectations. Every vehicle has those hard-to-reach spots, but our wash attendants usually get them right. In the future, we have towels available for quick touch-ups, or we can run your vehicle through the wash again. I'm not sure what wash package you purchased, but I'll put an Arctic Inferno (our best wash) in an envelope with the cashiers so you can rewash your car.
