I sent the car to get Serviced, Adam first tried to charge $1400 without a Diagnostic because he assumed the problem. So I said how can you bill me 1400 without a Diagnostic so he changed to $700 cause he said it was some loose wires so before he can figure out the problem and get it diagnosed the wires has to be put back together. These people are scammers frfr, I’ve never been to a shop where your charged before finding the problem and or work completed. He had an attitude and stand offish once I got my husband involved cause nothing he was saying made sense.they also towed my vehicle and damaged it and he tried arguing about that until I told him I have pictures of before he picked it up. I do not recommend this location.
Ms. White, I am sorry you didn't have your vehicle repaired at our facility. I spoke with Adam and the technician that attempted to look at your vehicle. The vehicle was brought to us after someone had already disassembled some things in the engine compartment. The key you gave us was not recognized by your car. The initial quote Adam gave you was for a tow to the shop, 2 new key fobs, program them(Ford vehicles require 2 keys to program) so we could attempt to start your vehicle and then we could perform diagnostics. You authorized the repair to then diagnose but then called and canceled. You got a new key and told us it was programmed but they vehicle did not recognize it. We called again stating you would need a new battery to continue diagnosing as the one in there was not holding a charge and would not allow our scan tools to communicate. You approved the battery so we could continue but then called back and canceled. The vehicle was then towed back to your house. If you would like to discuss further please reach out to me 763-852-9999
