Steve's Auto is an anomaly in today's world. Instead of being a chain of service locations, it stands alone with care and concern for their customer. They want to do quality repair and service work while at the same time looking for the best and least expensive outcomes. My service/repair visit was for front brakes. From the very beginning, their hope was "just pads and rotors" versus other shops that might say, "Well, pads and rotors are a start but there could be other things like calipers, and we won't know until we really get into the work." While additional work is always a possibility, Matt at Steve's indicated optimism to provide the right choices that were necessary to complete the best work. When we spoke part-way through the work, the possibility of cleaning/adjusting the rear drum brakes came up. I approved the additional expense, but when I picked up my vehicle Steve's told me they only needed to do minor adjustments and there was NO additional charge. This whole experience reminds me so much of the small-town auto shops I grew up with many years ago. Steve's Auto World is a modern-day repair/service shop with old-style care for customers.

I sent the car to get Serviced, Adam first tried to charge $1400 without a Diagnostic because he assumed the problem. So I said how can you bill me 1400 without a Diagnostic so he changed to $700 cause he said it was some loose wires so before he can figure out the problem and get it diagnosed the wires has to be put back together. These people are scammers frfr, I’ve never been to a shop where your charged before finding the problem and or work completed. He had an attitude and stand offish once I got my husband involved cause nothing he was saying made sense.they also towed my vehicle and damaged it and he tried arguing about that until I told him I have pictures of before he picked it up. I do not recommend this location.

Brought my Tahoe in for a diagnosis since the engine was squealing and had low power… said they would run one to figure out what the issue was… once I got the call the said that I spun a barring and that I needed a new engine… I said no thanks I’ll take it somewhere else after they said it would be $7000 to fix in parts and labor… after I took it to my guy, he confirmed that it was not what they said it was, it was something completely different… so I would not recommend this place I would also like my money back for the false claims of what was wrong with my vehicle.

They were very attentive, thorough, thoughtful and friendly. I left feeling confident about my vehicle both present and future needs had been met. Thank you Steve’s Auto World

These people go above and beyond. They make sure that you know exactly what's going on with your car. Matt, and everyone we talked to there was very professional and helpful. We have tried a number of different car repair businesses and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. They care about their customers. Steve's Auto world is my go-to place for car repairs and service.
