My first visit at Steve’s Auto was a great experience. The staff were professional and respectful, my vehicle was given quick attention, and I received regular updates. My Ford Edge 2017 parking brake issue got fixed the same day and I was called for pickup the next day. In addition, their service fees and rates are very reasonable and affordable. My car is now working really! Thank you Steve Auto! 🙏🏽

Excellent service and had the oil I needed in stock

Called on short notice and they got me right in !

Promised tire fix would take 30-45 min and took 1 1/2 hour. Forgot to balance tire when remount and had to go back another day uhhh u

I swear the weekend hours here just about saved me! I work 10+ shifts M-F, so being able to bring my vehicle on Sunday and talk with someone was a game changer! Also, Adam at was SO helpful and did a great job communicating throughout the whole process! I was able to pick my vehicle up the next day, and when I had a concern a few hours later, I could bring it back in whenever it worked best for my schedule so they could take another look. It was also great that they gave me a code for a free car wash at their on-site location! I would highly recommend Steve’s Auto World!

It would have been nice to see a check off list like they do at dealership and Jiffy Lube. Also I have seen offers and took advantage of free tire rotation and balancing with oil change. Would have been a nice added perk being I had to leave car there for couple hours. Otherwise all is good!!

Synthetic Oil Change offer was 49.99, but the price paid did not align with the receipt. Either they are unaware it is incorrect or they are intentionally misleading customers. Regardless, I won’t return due to the price issue.
