I had my first experience with Steve's Auto World earlier this week and it was awesome. I am fortunate to work at an employer that has a pickup relationship with Steve's so I was able to drop my car off, scan the code, and walk into work. I got a text with my inspection and was able to confirm the work that I wanted done. A few hours later, I got another text asking me to pay the invoice via credit card. Shortly afterwards, I walked out to the parking lot and my car was repaired, washed, and ready to go. I will only do vehicle maintenance this way in the future.

This shop was recommended by another reputable shop in Maple Grove because they didn’t have capacity to help me same-day. The person who picked the phone up was very helpful as I was experiencing car issues as I spoke to him. I was able to get the car in to the shop without damaging the engine. The part that broke was fixed same day, and they did a great job of caring for and explaining the issue. Have found our new auto shop!

Oil change took to long because they didn’t have my oil filter in stock, had to wait over 90 minutes had an appointment scheduled and they should have made sure they had it in stock
