i don’t ever post reviews, but the service i received at this shop was genuinely the best service i’ve ever gotten at any establishment, let alone an auto shop as a woman who has absolutely no idea about cars. 9 times out of 10, i’m met with workers that don’t want to explain anything to me, rush the service, and usually end up charging me far more than i should be all because i’m a single woman trying to get a reliable vehicle fixed so i can continue on my day. while i understand it’s their job to do things quickly, the experiences are still unpleasant, uncomfortable, and it makes me dread having to ever get anything fixed. for the first time ever, i had the complete opposite experience and it was all thanks to leo reno at the front counter (i didn’t see the name tag, but also another kind repairman whose name started with ‘i’). not only was he the nicest guy, but he went absolutely above and beyond the necessary customer service to make sure i was able to be treated right away and explained everything as it was happening. my car had an issue that i absolutely HAD to get fixed, otherwise i was going to miss an extremely important family appointment the next day that couldn’t be rescheduled. for something that would have taken ‘til the next day at another shop, i was in and out in a matter of two hours and i truly can’t be more grateful. fingers crossed my old reliable little car keeps me going, but if i have any problems, i know a place i can actually trust now. thank you guys again!
