Total rip off. Told me I needed a new drive shaft and quoted me $3300 just for the parts! I called around to other shops in the area and was quoted less than half that. I even had one guy quote me $1390 using Mazda parts. I’m never going back to this place again! It pays to shop around!

The good folks over there, Jenna being amazing as always, never fail to make me a satisfied customer. I was a little concerned this time around however with the communication as they’ve always reached out first, but no worries. I understand the techs are busy. Overall tho, 5 stars.

Really bad service they make me wait in the store 3 hours in the store for a tire and after that they told me their "mechanics" are unable to take out the tire so they said we are going to take the car out and you decide what to do because maybe you have to bring the car to Mercedez dealership, i call a tow truck and send the car to a friend of mine and he took the tire and change it in 5 minutes, so yes i have a really bad experience with you guys
