It’s hard to find consistent good value anywhere these days, but Steve’s in MG is one of those lucky finds. Their $50 full synthetic oil change deal is such great value. They run it all the time. It’s super easy to book an appointment online and they almost always have last minute openings to fit a busy schedule. The workers are always super nice, and don’t try to upsell a bunch of things. Plus, you get a free car wash with your service receipt. They always get my oil change done in less than their quoted hour turn around time. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Quick oil change and easy to schedule online! Car wash included and and gentleman named Nigel was working in there and did the most thorough washing of my lights/ bumpers I’ve ever had done here!! I was very impressed by his work!!!

We had a minor tire emergency and they helped us resolve it quickly without trying to oversell us a solution that wasnt needed.

i don’t ever post reviews, but the service i received at this shop was genuinely the best service i’ve ever gotten at any establishment, let alone an auto shop as a woman who has absolutely no idea about cars. 9 times out of 10, i’m met with workers that don’t want to explain anything to me, rush the service, and usually end up charging me far more than i should be all because i’m a single woman trying to get a reliable vehicle fixed so i can continue on my day. while i understand it’s their job to do things quickly, the experiences are still unpleasant, uncomfortable, and it makes me dread having to ever get anything fixed. for the first time ever, i had the complete opposite experience and it was all thanks to leo reno at the front counter (i didn’t see the name tag, but also another kind repairman whose name started with ‘i’). not only was he the nicest guy, but he went absolutely above and beyond the necessary customer service to make sure i was able to be treated right away and explained everything as it was happening. my car had an issue that i absolutely HAD to get fixed, otherwise i was going to miss an extremely important family appointment the next day that couldn’t be rescheduled. for something that would have taken ‘til the next day at another shop, i was in and out in a matter of two hours and i truly can’t be more grateful. fingers crossed my old reliable little car keeps me going, but if i have any problems, i know a place i can actually trust now. thank you guys again!

Went here for the first time for an oil change/tire rotation for a great price. Noticed oil appearing to leak after the visit, which had never happened before. They got be right back in to take a look for no cost. It had turned out to just be a spill from the first visit on the oil pan under the car, and they took the time to point out what they were seeing, cleaned off the pan, and apologized for the scare. Thanks!
