Horrible experience. I brought my truck in for a repair as the online scheduler had said they had availability all day. After dropping it off I was then informed that it’s a first come first serve and the scheduler is only for minor things such as oil changes. It sat there all day without being looked at. I called that night and asked when it would be looked at and was told I was next in line. I called back the next day in the afternoon since I had not heard anything from them on what was wrong with my truck. I was told there was still a couple vehicles ahead of mine. I want to know how I went from next in line to a couple people ahead of me. I called back in the evening after it had been there all day again and was told that I probably wouldn’t be looked at as they had other jobs to work on. I promptly went and picked up my vehicle as it had been 2 full days in the shop without it once being looked at to just give me a an idea of what was wrong with it.

They got me in very quickly and were finished also very quickly! I had asked for a tire rotation but when they looked at my tires, they felt it wasn’t necessary; they let me know that and took it off my bill and didn’t do it! I thought that was so awesome and because of that it makes me trust them so much. I will for sure go back to them!

Incredible customer service from drop off through pickup, and they worked so fast helping me a lot with my schedule. Plus, extra sweet touches like a free car wash with my oil change and a small bottle of water waiting for me in the car!

Great quick service

It’s hard to find consistent good value anywhere these days, but Steve’s in MG is one of those lucky finds. Their $50 full synthetic oil change deal is such great value. They run it all the time. It’s super easy to book an appointment online and they almost always have last minute openings to fit a busy schedule. The workers are always super nice, and don’t try to upsell a bunch of things. Plus, you get a free car wash with your service receipt. They always get my oil change done in less than their quoted hour turn around time. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Quick oil change and easy to schedule online! Car wash included and and gentleman named Nigel was working in there and did the most thorough washing of my lights/ bumpers I’ve ever had done here!! I was very impressed by his work!!!
