This is a horrible place. We got thousands of dollars of work done to our car and they kept the car for over a month with no updates. We picked up the car and it wasn’t driving right so we brought it back and apparently they “forgot” to do a few things. Are you joking? We picked up the car for the second and final time and it still wasn’t working right. We had to bring it to another shop to fix the “work” that Steve’s Auto World did. Now Steve’s Auto World is telling me I didn’t pay for thousands of dollars of work 3 months after the work was done. Thankfully I have a receipt. Do not ever take your car here. They don’t care about anything except money. They will also tell you they’re getting new parts for your car and put a bunch of old used parts in.

Jenna was super professional and kind. Took me in with 15 mins left on the store closing and fixed my slow tire leak. Will definitely come back!

Great service. We came in from a tow truck from Steve’s and they were able to get us and our truck + boat/trailer to safety and repair the damaged brake line on the truck. The day could have been a lot worse and a lot more costly but Matt was able to help get us taken care of.

Donny showed up to help me with a jump and immediately knew the solution my car needed from the moment I described the problem. He got me back on the road within 10 minutes. Very thankful for how knowledgeable and helpful he was this afternoon. Highly recommended.
